Digital Marketing Manager NEW YORK

We are looking for a highly driven and innovative digital marketer to join our team in New York City. You will work closely with the design, merchandising, and PR teams to create and execute unique digital marketing strategies for our rapidly growing fashion brand. As a digital marketing manager you'll bring new users to our platform by relentlessly digging into the data, ideating, testing, and optimizing. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in joining an early stage startup to take on a significant role in driving brand and top-line growth through customer acquisition and re-engagement. You'll play an integral role in the Marketing department and interact with every function on a daily basis.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

- Design, build and maintain our social media presence.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance.

- Organize and synthesize data analysis from multiple systems and sources.

- Drive and monitor A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion and other key performance metrics; work with marketing, editorial and Design teams.

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption.


REQUIREMENTS:

- Are a measurement freak and a master of the A/B test. You design and execute experiments, measure the results, and generate insights from data across all marketing channels.

- Are creative and collaborative. You think outside of the box to identify new ways for our target audience to find us online and engage with our brand.

- You have a complete understanding that borderlines obsession with SEO, email and e-commerce marketing.

- You understand the nuances of email best practices including subject lines, A/B testing, and deliverability.

- You're a strong problem solver, blending creative and analytical skills to solve challenging and complex problems.

- You have deep hands-on experience. You think strategically but love getting your hands dirty.

- 4+ years experience in digital marketing with a focus on growth and E-Commerce (fashion preferred).

- Extraordinary analytical skills and direct, hands on experience managing data-driven campaigns across a variety of paid acquisition channels such as Facebook and Google AdWords.

- Track record of delivering most optimal marketing spend ROI across Google AdWords, Facebook, Affiliate channels.

- Ability to write clear and compelling copy for digital programs and onsite initiatives.

- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to evolving business goals.

- A solid foundation of brand, marketing and communications knowledge.

- Analytical and data savvy marketer. Strong knowledge of Excel, Facebook, Google AdWord, Google Analytics are a must.

- A brilliant track record of creating compelling campaigns.

Merchandise Operations Coordinator NEW YORK

We aim to answer all e-mails within 24 hours, but normally faster than that.

We are now looking for a talented Merchandise Operations Coordinator to join our Buying & Merchandising team. As Merchandise Operations Coordinator; you are required to promote a fluid product lifecycle, anticipating any blockers that could be detrimental to meeting OTB targets and mitigate risks appropriately through your knowledge of CARVOE operational processes. You will work closely with your Buying and Merchandising teams to prioritize your deliveries based on business requirements and provide a valuable link between our warehouses and head office functions.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Generate accurate delivery forecasting for the month ahead for your departments, allowing Buying and Operations to plan resources and commercial calendar.

- Document and report on the delivery status of all purchase orders by managing daily correspondence of assigned vendors, resolving all queries in a timely manner.

- Prioritize deliveries and workload to be in line with department and business strategy, based on seasonality, commerciality and other Upload needs.

- Present intake updates and forecasts through weekly and monthly meetings with our San Francisco Merchandising Team

- Work closely with our San Francisco teams to fully understand our shipping terms and customs requirements, acting as the go-between for vendors to ensure issue free deliveries.

- Record and monitor vendor compliance, including negotiating late-delivery discounts.

- Communicate and follow up on all payment related issues with the Accounts Payable Team.

- Monitor and facilitate the return of faulty items through liaison with your Buyer, ensuring the timely return to vendors and receipt of credit to our Accounts team.

- Highlighting risk to the commercial calendar, providing solutions based on your knowledge of upcoming deliveries.

- Prepare product details for stock Uploads. Complete thorough checks of all product information, merges and stock levels.

- Constant monitoring of how product is presented on site, ensuring all Merchandise Ops related issues are addressed urgently

- Other duties as required to maintain processes and improve the supply chain.


REQUIREMENTS:


- Experience and/or interest in supply chain by working with Warehouse and Accounts Payable departments

- Professional and well-spoken with excellent communication skills.

- Fluent English is essential with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Fluent Mandarin is essential with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to identify problems, demonstrate use of initiative and suggest appropriate solutions.

- Numerate with strong computer literacy, excel knowledge essential.

- Organized with an excellent eye for detail.

- Pro-active and able to work to stringent deadlines.

- Team player - builds relationships with other internal and external teams and functions for personal and business development.

- Retail, ecommerce or technology experience a plus.
